Paul has worked within the Mechanical building services sector since 1997. Throughout this time he has built up an extensive list of contacts and relationships within the industry, this along with the valuable experience gained in working in a range of sectors including health, education, retail, leisure and housing enabled Paul to start Medway Mechanical Services in 2006. Paul’s drive and ambition has led to the company’s rapid expansion and along the way he has built solid foundations for the company to move forward. These foundations include multiple industry accreditations, investment in staff and training and a strong commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to the long standing client list of Medway Mechanical Services. Paul still plays a pivotal role in the day to day running of the company and is committed to maintaining Medway’s position as an industry leader. Nick Rogers

Nick's Bio
Nick joined Medway Mechanical Services in early 2013 and has played a pivotal role in developing the company over the past two years. Nick has an extensive knowledge of Mechanical building services and has vast experience working within the health, education and public service sectors. Nick has developed close relationships with both new and existing clients of Medway Mechanical and this is the key to his ongoing success in managing multiple contracts with values ranging from 5k – 350K. Nick liaises with site operatives very closely and can often be found on site trouble shooting to help keep a project on track for completion. Nicks “hands on” approach enables him to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Tracy Jeffrey

Office Manager

Tracy's Bio
Tracy joined Medway Mechanical Services in early 2012. Tracy’s role as Office Manager includes client liaison, accounts, PQQ’s and procurement. Tracy has brought valuable experience with her to Medway Mechanical having worked as an Office Manager within the construction industry for 14 years. This experience enables Tracy to manage our extremely busy office and meet all deadlines while still adhering to highest of standards. The Medway Mechanical office acts as a central hub to a fast expanding company and managing this hub is something Tracy thrives on. Tracy’s favourite aspect of office management is client liaison and she prides herself on maintaining the close relationships to ensure all clients requirements are met.

Tony Pankhurst

Tony Pankhurst joined Medway Mechanical Services in early 2013. Tony’s experience within the Mechanical building services sector speaks for itself. Tony has worked on large Mechanical projects around the world including Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Belfast and Dublin and has built up a wealth of experience within a range of sectors including health, education, military and housing. Tony has worked on projects ranging in value from 5k to 15million and worked as the Senior Mechanical Engineer overseeing the construction of some of the Middle East’s largest palaces. This lifetime of experience within the Mechanical building services allows Tony to offer extremely competitive tenders but more importantly, offer the client valuable advice and guidance in specifying the most cost effective Mechanical building services solutions.
